2018 is being a massive year for Tuscan-company Antoniolupi design, who specialises in providing exquisite bathroom designs. Recently, the bathroom brand launched a wide variety of pieces that have come to completely redefine their aesthetic. From sinks to mirrors as well as bathtubs and accessories, these products are distinguished by a sense of uniqueness and innovation and, now, Luxury Bathrooms will explore 12 of them, all of which are made from the finest materials, including the brand’s Cristalmood material.
Intreccio ⇒ Paolo Ulian’s Intreccio sink is a light and elegant water basket made of a precious material such as marble. The shape of the sink recalls that of wicker baskets with their virtuous intertwining, but the final aesthetic result derives from the relationship between the characteristics of the material, the working process and the desire to limit the use of raw materials to the maximum.
Collage ⇒ The new collection of mirrors Collage were also introduced and consist of a superimposition of layers of printed glass sheets. Luca Galofaro was the designer behind this unique collection.
Eclipse ⇒ Designed by Marco Di Paolo, Eclipse is a refined interpretation of an organic style, a contemporary expression of relaxation, an image of design embellished today by the new version made of Carrara marble. This exceptional bathtub is able to take centre stage but also to be set aside against a wall, it features an enveloping volume with an egg shape that ergonomically protects the body.
Indigo ⇒ Made entirely of brass in the new Graphite finish giving elegance and modernism to each piece, Indigo is characterised by its flat spout with a rounded profile and a particular control knob with a sculptural shape. The Indigo tap by Nevio Tellatin appears to be like a small hummingbird, by resting on the surface of the sink
Atelier ⇒ The Atelier furniture by Mario Ferranini is also another major trendsetting collection for the brand because it allows for customization, for example, customers can choose to compose the piece of furniture with the preferred handle. By changing a simple accessory, the furniture changes considerably its aspect.
Mayday ⇒ Designed by GI-RA, Mayday is a new Graphite finishing wall tap that brings all the aesthetics to a bathroom space. It has a playful character when it comes to its style and takes the shape of an emergency button.
Albume ⇒ This piece was designed by Carlo Colombo and is a freestanding washbasin that alternates between a solid base that expresses strength and a transparent and coloured basin. It is the perfect contrast between lightness and solidity as well as material and colour.
Senso ⇒ Senso is made of one of the finest materials, transparent resin Cristalmood and it was designed by Nevio Tallatin. This unique bathroom piece is best characterised by its contemporaneity and perfect proportional balance.
Kosmo ⇒ This unique showerhead guarantees total relaxation that a jet of this softness is capable of. It was designed by Gi-ra and becomes a continuous reflection and changing of dialogues with light and thousands of fragmentations of the surface of the water.
Reflex ⇒ The bath Reflex is characterised by neat shapes and colours, harmony and minimalism. Reflex is actually the first transparent bathtub produced by Antoniolupi and is made from the brand’s patent material, Cristalmood. It was designed by AL Studio
Lumen ⇒ Marco Pisati gave origin to the Lum overhead shower which features coloured central nucleus around which nozzles are arranged. This exceptional product guarantees a certain level of relaxation by combining water with the effects of chromo-therapy.
Rapido ⇒ GI-Ra Design also created Rapido, a practical and minimalist piece that combines matter and geometry in a perfect piece. Rapido features a cylindrical shape in brushed stainless steel in which inserted is a thin steel rod with the new silicone spatula that guarantees maximum hygiene as well as giving a slender shape.
