Victoria + Albert Baths is considered to be one of the main influences when it comes to the luxury bathroom sector. Recently, they have introduced two new bathroom designs that have a different aesthetic from what we are used to seeing from the unique brand. Metallo 61 Quartz and Metallo 113 Quartz are exquisite washstands that were designed by the dynamic Italian design duo, Meneghello Paolelli Associati and they will be the focus of today’s Luxury Bathrooms article.
These exceptional bathroom furniture designs were made in a brass construction with a polished chrome finish, topped with a choice of three durable Quartz finishes with under-mounted basins. Victoria + Alberts Baths’ Metallo Quartz collection will be best known by the shape of the design’s legs that reminisce the traditional bathroom pipework due to its right angle “tee joints”. Both pieces are available in three colors: biscuit, black and white.
If you have a smaller bathroom, then the Metallo 61 Quartz will be the perfect fit, seeing that is much more compact than the other one. Both pieces have durable Quartz surfaces and a curved “ogee” edge. The 61 design features an under-mounted Kaali 46 basin while 113 comes with an under-mounted 91 basin but both are completed with a practical towel bar and a tubular brass shelf.
The under-mounted basins are made of QUARRYCAST®, the brand’s exclusive material that combines Volcanic Limestone™ with high-performance resins. This allows for the designs to be warm, smooth, durable and lightweight.
