This simplistic yet dazzling project is a beautiful artwork of bold design that is a reflection of a modern and edgy world. From the tile floors with wonderfully woven textures to the warm textures and dramatic tone, this bathroom captures the eye of anyone who decides to step a foot inside it. A plus of the room is the dazzling view of the city, paired with the wondrous freestanding bathtub that was made to make one relax.

Located in Chicago’s iconic East Lake Shore Drive historic district, this space showcases a dynamic mix of traditional and modern design, blending incredible old and new, colorful and neutral and sleek and primitive concepts to build a bathroom that is both intense, timeless and incredibly bold. How can one not fall in love with such a dazzling design?

#7 HISTORICAL RENOVATION

This bathroom is a prime example on how to create a classic look with absolute perfection. From the patterned tile flooring to the freestanding bathtub admiring the window, this bathroom aimed to preserve the house’s natural beauty, having been refurbished and complemented with present-day materials to lend it a bit more edge.
