Having two rooms, one full-service bathroom, one powder room, a bedroom, and an office, the Empire Penthouse is designed with minimalism, comfort, and luxurious modern design in mind. The color palette, a neutral base with dark and golden details, was chosen to base all the interior design on, as to create a calming and soothing environment overall, as well as presenting a cohesive space.
From the moment we walk into the Empire Penthouse, the feel is luxurious and soothing. The Fifth Avenue Entryway is a nod to the most famous shopping street, and using gold, black and white in the interior design endows this entryway with class and modernity. The splendid Kaamos mirror and the Infinity Console by Boca do Lobo endow the entryway with a unique, unparalleled feel while the Black Ink Rug by Rug’Society transmits pure luxury.
As you enter further into the penthouse, the Dendur Living Room comes into full view. Keeping with the color palette, this Living Room presents a black marble surface, the Shinto I Console, and the Shinto Rectangular Centre Table endow the room with the elegant touch of black while the remaining furniture, the Tottori Sofa, the Reeves Chair, the Naicca Suspension, and the White Garden Rug by Rug’Society fill the room with a luxurious air! Versatile and primed for socialization, this Living Room is the perfect mix between comfort and functionality. A Luxurious space, the stunning views over the city do not disappoint, and help make the space feel refined and elegant!
The Townhouse Dining Room can often be one of the center spaces of the room, and as this space would be used by the house owner to host business dinners, the interior design was paramount. Focused on creating a soothing and calm space, but infusing it with interesting textures and furniture items, this Dining Room displays the Shinto Dining Table and the Colectionista Bookcase that endow the room with elegance and style. The addition of the Rukay Dining Chair, the Imperial Snake Rug, and the Naicca Rectangular Suspension Light adds a calm, luxurious personality to this room. Allied with the gorgeous views over the city, this room is the perfect space to converse and interact with people.
The marvelous High-Line Bedroom presents us with a stunning exploration of modern bedroom design, keeping with the luxurious color palette. Exuding tranquillity and harmony, the bedroom is the best place for rest, and so the ambiance should be kept calm and tranquil. Displaying the Lallan Bedside Table, the Apache Table Lamp, the Wales Bench, and the Full Covering White Garden Rug by Rug’Society creates a place suitable for sleep and repose.
The Hell’s Kitchen keeps with the marvelous views over the city and the neutral, luxurious color palette. Sensorial experience is very important in the kitchen space, and because of this, the room is kept practical, versatile but interesting, and sophisticated. The cabinets in darker colors and the kitchen island in exquisite white marble create a perfect contrast in which adding the Bourbon Bar Chair Swivel and the Naicca Pendant Light elevates the space to a luxurious one.
Moving onto the first Bathroom Space, the interior design inspiration for the Plaza Bathroom was the Plaza Hotel, paying homage to traditional, old-world opulence. Displaying the Symphony Oval Bathtub, the Empire Snooker Suspension, and the Koi Rug by Rug’Society, this bathroom is full to the brim with personality and elegance. Making the most of the stunning views at the disposition of the penthouse, this bathroom is the perfect space for self-indulgence, for taking time to relax, and for our self-care.
The imposing Strand Office is a tribute to a street known for its abundance of book stores. This was a space that needed to be kept sharp, calm, and effective as to not take away from the concentration needed to get work done and be productive. Making the most of the floor-to-ceiling mirror once more, the room is bathed in warm natural light. This combined with the Lallan Desk, the Lallan Bookcase create a productive, luxurious space while the Batak Armchair, the Horus Irregular Big Suspension, the Dukono Armchair, and the Full Covering Kotta Rug by Rug’Society endow the room with comfort and interest.
