This unique mirror design was created by one of the stars of Maison et Objet rising talents. Mario Tsai especially designed for the international design company, Grado, this is one of the most functional and beautiful wall mirrors presented in the tradeshow!
Mario Tsai is a skilled Chinese designer that graduated from the Beijing Forest University in Furniture Design and Manufacturing area. From China to Nepal, the furniture designer found in his travels the essence of the different lifestyles experience. After collecting some baggage, he decided to open up his own design studio in 2014 and since that day he has worked with many different clients from China and Europe, and participated in plenty of international furniture tradeshows.
The furniture designer believes that the reduction of excess materials will help improve not only the natural environment condition but also the society lifestyle. Inspired by the sustainability concept, the two shelves mirror is perfect for any interior design project, but his functionality makes it perfect for modern bathroom design.
This modern mirror design is a geometrical shape product with three-dimensional forms that Tsai has created to explore the spatial dimension concept.
The Two Shelves Mirror features a semicircle that is connected by two vertical planes. It has a green structure and steel was the main material used for its creation. If you place it above the washbasin, the side semicircle can be used to hang some handy objects such as hand towels.
The green grid part can be used as a shelf for your own personal bathroom products. When there is a clinch of light, the interlacing of the grid makes a fascinating shadow on the wall. This unique modern mirror finds the perfect balance between art and functionality.
