Based in New York, Kravitz Design is a specialised design practice launched in 2003 by the iconic musician, Lenny Kravitz. Offering commercial and residential design services, Kravitz Design was chosen by DHA Capital, a leading real estate investment and development firm to design the spectacular interiors of the 75 Kenmare condominium in the Nolita neighborhood. While the interiors were overseen by Kravitz Design, Andre Kikoshi was responsible for the exterior design of 75 Kenmare. The building will be officially completed in fall 2018 and will be comprised of 38 one-to-four bedroom homes, ranging from $1.7 million to over $12 million.
