Founded in 2010 by Joanna and Piotr Juszczak, Urbe Design Studio‘s philosophy is perfectly reflected in the Latin maxim “Ab Urbe condita” which means “from the founding of Rome,” or simply “from the beginning.” One of their trendiest design projects is a unique residential project inspired by the worldwide game sensation, Candy Crush Saga. This addictive smartphone game has captivated the attention of millions of kids, teens, and grown-ups all over the world and now it entered the incredible interior design world! Based in Poland, Urbe Design studio‘s main goal is to create unique interior design projects that represent the client’s aesthetic standards and the studio’s unique signature style. In the URBE world, a complicated idea isn’t a problem but a challenge. They create with passion because there is nothing more fascinating than the unlimited possibilities that a blank sheet of paper gives.

Urbe Design Studio wanted to incorporate the stimulating graphics and laid back game experience in this unique interior design project, giving it a fun and contemporary look. The house, full of surprises, loses tracks and blurs. Futuristic? A little bit, but it also raises indefinite sentiments, a little out of place and time.
In this unique design project by Urbe Design Studio, every step the original ideas were custom-designed to the clients’ dreams. Slats climbing up the wall and ceiling, like the grain of the wood, forming a frame for the living room, three-dimensional fireplace frame, a unique bookcase, and a stair railing.
Exotic? Yes, but the breath of distant East Asia is subtle here sifted through the grey of the Polish sky, which looks into the large windows. Urbe Design Studio also incorporated the beveled glass “gems” – jewelry that plays with the rays of the sun, captures them, multiplies them and scatters them all around the trendy interior.
