Jean-Philippe Demeyer; Photo: Miguel Flores-Vianna

Jean-Philippe Demeyer, a Belgian designer and artist, finds inspiration in gardens, museums, fashion, and historic homes. Jean-Philippe Demeyer is well-known for his inventive, amusing, and colorful textile works, which are typically pieced together by patchwork. He runs his Bruges-based company alongside his two domestic and business partners, Frank Ver Elst and Jean-Paul Dewever.

Fringes, flowers, and eyeballs are his trademark features. A sunburst carpet for the Codimat Collection, accessories for Svenskt Tenn, a seating collection for Collett & Victor, and, new for 2023, a namesake fabric line and a website for personalized pillows all display his own taste.

She has the freedom to follow her artistic visions, and the jungalow is a tangible expression of that. She asserted that pattern is the taste of design, color can make people happy, and good design enhances quality of life in concept after concept, room after room, and design after design.
