1 – Private Villa, Arabian Ranches, Dubai

The customer engaged JMS Renovations to rebuild their new private property from top to bottom in order to achieve a polished yet functional family home in the prestigious Arabian Ranches community.

2 – Paramount Hotel Midtown, Dubai

The Paramount Hotel Midtown has a fantastic location in Business Bay, a stone’s throw away from the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Opera. It is designed for the young-at-heart who like the hustle of Dubai.

With the same strong style as its predecessor, the Paramount Hotel Midtown represents the memorable images of beauty and drama that the creative process at Paramount Pictures has honed throughout its 100-year existence.

The SANIPEX GROUP project division successfully delivered solutions in all hotel guest rooms and public washrooms while adhering to the black and white Hollywood design purpose.

3 – 25hours Hotel, Dubai

The first 25hours Hotel outside of Europe, located in the centre of busy Dubai, facing the groundbreaking Museum of the Future. Through its creative design, this futuristic hotel idea combines with the timeless traditions of the Bedouins to portray the tale of the region.

SANIPEX GROUP were delighted to be involved in the supply of bathroom solutions to the project. Working closely with Woods Bagot on the design interiors of the project, the Group wove a charming nomadic ambience into the bathrooms through our iconic and unique brassware collections and accessories.

The 25hours Hotel has quickly become popular for providing a new Dubai experience. The bathroom sanctuaries are equipped with everything from Ibiza Sink Mixers to Floor Mounted Bath Mixers. The warm metallic finishes of the tiles and surrounding textures soften and add depth without distraction.

4 – Arabian Ranches Saheel 1, Dubai

A villa in the heart of the Arabian Ranches compound in Abu Dhabi has been completely refitted by One Fit Out. The client’s brief was to achieve a refined look with clean lines in the design. The quintessential rooms of the new home were primarily fitted out with the support of Sanipex‘s bathroom brand, BAGNODESIGN.

Throughout the bathroom, a neutral Flow Light Grey Matt Tile choice from Coem and white sanitary ware preserve a peaceful palette. A pop of colour is then achieved with the incorporation of a Matt Black finish on all Taps, Showering functions and Bathroom Accessories.

With limited spatial limitations, our wall-hung WC is an excellent solution for creating the illusion of a sleek and large environment. To accommodate the opposite window, the vanity and WC are located on the same wall, and the half-wall Flow Light Grey Matt Tiles offer for flexibility through paint and artwork to increase the atmosphere. The beautiful placement of Pendant Lights adds light.
